About the book: This book is a collection of poetry and conversations between the author and his muse, Tista when they unexpectedly crossed paths. It is a reinvigoration of old school romance at a time when the importance of feelings and emotions in our lives is waning. It is up to the reader to decide whether the pages hold the story of unrequited or unexpressed love or that of a relationship that defies conventional definition and doesn’t thereby exist.

About the author: Anupam Naskar is a writer based in Mumbai. He writes poetry in Bengali and English, and his poetry has been published in many national and international magazines. He is highly regarded for his love verses as well as realistic depictions of life and his command over colloquial speech. The tone and subject matter of his poetry refer to a complete loss of self, seeming like one is floating, consumed by his own emotions. Tista & Me is his first book.
